TOSPO Automotive Lighting Co.,Ltd was established in 2018,as a wholly-owned subsidiary of TOSPO Lighting Co.,Ltd is one of the core enterprises of TOSPO Lighting to undertake automotive business. The company focuses on the development, production sales and service of automotive electronics. The company passed DNV audit and obtained IATF 16949 system certification in august 2020.
Currently, TOSPO has formed a complete process chain from SMT, DIP to ASSEMBLY. The smallest chip size is 0402/0201, the chip spacing is 0.25mm minimum. The SMT technology has stepped into the mature production stage. The ASSEMBLY field, we have whole advanced online ICT with flashing, online sub-plate, automatic coating, automatic welding, coating technology and other processes were included.
At present, the annual production capacity of 2.5 million sets LDM products has been successfully sold to different Japanese automakers in Japan, Europe, the US and China.This year, the company comes into the production of BMS products for start/stop console system.
The company continues to increase the technical investment, in order to build a comprehensive supply capacity for electronics, to become a first-class automotive parts enterprise in China in the future.
In terms of factory management, the automotive electronics workshop strictly follows the IATF 16949 Certification for the quality control and warehouse management, in order to be provide the best EMS to our partner.
