Every lighting component we manufacture is tested according to relevant control plan in IQC process. We have built a strong supply chian for 10 years and have always been communicating with our suppliers. We have supported them with either capitals or technology aids, hoping to make some progress with them.
We have SQC for the control of supplier quality.We evaluate them at a regular interval from comprehensive aspects,such as quality ,leadtime,etc.There is a Supplier Day every year in Tospo when all suppliers meet together to map out the strategic plan.
